Roman Glass dates back to the Roman period almost 2000 years ago. It has been discovered in archaeological excavation sites in the Holy Land. Israel is one of the few locations in the world where a series of geological and climactic phenomena coincided enabling the formation and preservation of this strikingly colorful glass.
