The book focuses on a unique find discovered at Khirbet Qeiyafa: A shrine model sculptured in stone. The shrine model
opening is designed with three inverted entrance door frames, and below the top are seven groups of three roof beams. These architectural elements appear in the biblical description of Solomon's Temple and palace in Jerusalem, which were built in the same time period as the city at Khirbet Qeiyafa. The stone shrine model contributes to our understanding of the biblical text and implies that the royal building style described in the Bible existed in the kingdom of Judah at that time. The English edition is a translation of the Hebrew edition published in 2015.
The book includes illustrations and color photographs.
