Tickets purchased online can be cancelled through the museum register, at 02-5611066. Cancelation will only be permitted if requested before 12:00 the day before the event. Tickets purchased for Sunday must be cancelled by 12:00 on Thursday. Cancellation of 10 tickets or more must be requested by 12:00, two days before the event.
