Join us for a special evening inspired by the artwork “Kuma, Mei Afatzim VeKankantom,” created by Eitan Rosenzweig z”l, a young artist who fell during the fighting in Gaza.
The work is a kind of visual Torah scroll, drawing on sources from Jewish tradition and the cultures of the ancient Near East, weaving together the story of the people of Israel with the journey of the individual.
Eitan’s parents, Uzi and Hagit Rosenzweig, will join us for this moving evening during the month of Selichot, sharing Eitan’s story and exploring the depths of a work that speaks to destruction, renewal, comfort, and forgiveness.
