Israel Then & Now

Israel Then and Now brings the history of early Israel and Christianity reader in a unique vivid way. Inside the book are sixteen large photographs showing the remains of archaeological sites around Israel. Imposed over the photos are sixteen drawings on mylar plates which reconstruct those sites the way they were when built. You can lift the mylar plates on and off so you can compare what was then and what is now. Some of the featured sites are Jerusalem, Caesarea, Capernaum, Mezadah, and many more. In addition, there are many more photographs of various sites from the Holy Land, accompanied by educational text and quotations from the bible. The book reconstructing adviser is Dr. Dan Bahat, a well-known Israeli archaeologist who holds worldwide credibility. Ring-bound: 73 pages
